There is so much I miss, your goofy ways. Your handsome face. I simply miss my son.
Your laughter and beautiful smile. So may have said, your Son had a heart of Gold. He had an infectious Smile that would light up a room.
Rickey your absence is present daily. I have learned that grief is not about forgetting.
I have always admired your inner strength, your caring ways and genuine soul, the love you had for all that knew you, the kindness shown to others.You were the Glue to our Family.When you passed there was silence, no laughter, no music in our home, just time standing still.
I have found that being Fearful of the unknown in our healing process, will steal one’s joy.Every step we take forward brings one closer navigating through their loss.
Making your family who is with you a priority giving yourself permission to live again and find Joy. Through the support groups I have learned how to live again even during our grief process.
Reinvest in Life a little bit each day, our life is not what it once was, so I have decided to embrace this next chapter.Sharing you with others, I feel your presence around and I get my strength from you to do so.
There is no greater love,andNo greater loss than that of a child. The Gift of Life has given me Hope, provided me with strength to get through this, through our tragedy of your loss, it is that Hope, that has provided Light despite the darkness.
