Jens was a hero in life and gave life to others in his death.
Originally from Washington State where he served as a parole officer,
Jens moved to Oahu, HI where he was a police officer for the Honolulu Police Department.
Jens is survived by his son, Luke, his parents, David and Penelope, brother, Finn and sisters Faith and Ruth.
He is remembered as a gentle, loving and kind human who would do anything for others.
Even in his death, Jens continued to give life to others.
