As we approach what would have been my sweet boy’s 4th birthday on September 3rd , my heart is filled with both love and grief.
On November 20, 2022, my son passed away far too soon due to tragic and unforeseen circumstances. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about him, miss him, and wonder who he would be today. Though his time here was brief, the love he brought into this world will last forever.
In the midst of unimaginable loss, my son became a Gift of Life donor. Through his donation, he was able to help others and leave behind a legacy of hope, compassion, and generosity. Knowing that a part of him continues to make a difference brings comfort during the hardest moments.
As his 4th birthday approaches, I choose to celebrate the beautiful life he lived, the joy he brought to those who loved him, and the incredible gift he gave to others. He may not be here for me to hold, but he will always be my son, my greatest love, and a light that continues to shine.
Happy 4th Birthday, my angel. Mommy loves you beyond words and misses you every single day. Your memory lives on in my heart, and your legacy lives on through the lives you touched.
