Geoff attended Everglades University in Sarasota, Florida graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Technology. He enjoyed a long and diverse career. Geoff worked for Virtua Hospital and Virtua Corporate Services as a Multi-skilled Technician, an EMT and Emergency Medical Dispatcher. For the past 10 years, he was employed by the New Jersey State Department of Environmental Services in communications and as a Supervisor at the Environmental Services Center. Geoff also provided support to the Bureau of Nuclear Engineering during their readiness drills.
Geoff loved flying and completed his training as a Private Pilot. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially kayaking. Tinkering with electronics was a favorite past time of Geoff’s. He enjoyed building with Legos, completing some of the more complicated constructions. We loved to travel to Walt Disney World and sailing on Disney Cruises and watching Dr. Who.
Geoff and his son, Q, shared a love of motorcycles and recently got their motorcycle licenses. They were planning a road trip the year he passed. Whenever possible though you could find the two of them on their motorcycles together.
