This would include text, images, and other personal information that you voluntarily submit in order to share a Tribute of a family member or loved one who was an organ or tissue donor.

How do you use the information I might provide you?

When you register an account, your information is retained so that we may contact you about any Tribute submission that you make. When you create and submit a Tribute, it will be reviewed by a staff member at Gift of Life Donor Program before being published. When the Tribute is published, anyone who visits this site will be able see your Tribute. You may choose at any time to delete your account and any Tribute that you have submitted.

If you choose to share personal information by filling out an electronic form with personal information such as an email address, Gift of Life Donor Program may use this information in the future to contact you by email about matters pertaining to Gift of Life Donor Program.

What if I don’t want to receive emails from Gift of Life Donor Program?

Any future email communications originating from Gift of Life Donor Program will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of further email communication.
